Join us at The Wine Conference on Sunday, November 21st, 2010 hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel, Downtown Houston.  Grab your friends or your better half and make arrangements to hang out with some of the coolest chefs and wine experts while getting some inspiration for the holidays!

What Type of Sessions Will Be at The Wine Conference?
In the Four Seasons Ballroom we will host 4 sessions based on 4 styles of wines and food pairings that include: Bubbles, Whites, Reds, and Dessert Wines. Each session will have 2 Chefs and 2 Wine Experts (including Sommeliers, Wine Makers and more) to lead discussions about the wine and food pairings. In each session you will taste 4 pairings (16 total). There will be a 15 minute break In between sessions that include sorbets, water, and coffee.

What should you expect as this year's conference?
Newfound insights and ideas for holiday wine, food and entertainment. You will get to taste, listen, and learn about different pairings and how to recreate them at home. Renowned experts will lead sessions that will leave you with inspiration and techniques to make the most of this year's holdays entertaining and merrimant.
